15 Minute Travel Workout Routine

Ever feel sluggish on vacation? Bloated in bikini pictures even though you trained and dieted weeks before the trip. I really can’t blame you if you’re ordering lobster and steak over boring salads on your vacation either. This seems to always be a struggle for me while traveling, most especially for tropical destinations. “Oh my hotel has a gym? Well ain’t nobody got time for that!” And if you mostly rent air bnbs while traveling then you could feel pretty much hopeless.

I recently found a quick fix for this restless vacation feeling and most hated “food baby” appearance. Drum roll please…..RESISTANCE BANDS! These bands are the smallest most practical thing ever. Not only are they lightweight to travel with but they get the job done! Here are a few different exercises I like doing with the bands.




I try to do 15-20 reps in each set and 4 sets total.  When I do this in the morning I feel more energized throughout the day. Not to mention I feel a whole lot less guilty when I get back home from my travels. Who else can relate?

    You look amazing for it! I’ll work out in the weeks leading up to a holiday but once I’m there I forget all about working out and eat everything in sight! I need to make a note of your tips!
