It’s not easy to find face masks that really make a difference in improving your skin. That’s why I’ve been in a frenzy over the Peter Thomas Roth masks and for good reason! Finally tested them enough to give a more detailed review and share! Hope you enjoy xx
Pumpkin Enzyme Mask
This mask is hands down my favorite of the package. It contains powerful exfoliating ingredients such as pumpkin enzyme, alpha hydroxy acids and aluminum oxide crystals that help remove dead skin cell build up to improve skin tone and aging. A small patch test is recommended for sensitivity.
Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask
Next is the rose mask which doesn’t disappoint. I found this mask extremely hydrating, cooling and calming on my skin. This rose mask contains five different rose plant stem cells that blend with four rose extracts. I love using this mask after a deep exfoliation or to just brighten up any dullness I feel.
Irish Moor Mud Mask
The Irish moor mud mask is all about detoxifying the skin. Key ingredients like Hijiki Seawood supply nourishment and vitamins B & C. Volcanic ash and activated charcoal draw out all the dirt, oil and gunk from your skin. Since I’m on the dryer side I like to use this masks specifically on my nose and chin and love the way my skin feels after.
24k Gold Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Mask
Who doesn’t love or need 24k gold anything on their face? This gold masks might not be as thick of a consistency as others on the market but it still feels really good on. I do feel some what of a mild firm plump feeling. Aside from activated gold another key ingredient I love is caffeine that helps with puffiness and tone.
Hungarian Thermal Water Mineral-Rich Atomic Heat Mask
This “fountain of youth” mask is also my top favorite. The applications a little different from the rest. After allowing it to sit for 3 minutes you activate the flash of heat by pressing cool water on to your skin and massaging. This mask is full of Hungarian botanicals and helps reduce dullness, uneven tone, aging and texture.
Cucumber Gel Mask
Another cooling gel mask in this set is the cucumber. Basically having the same benefits as the rose mask that helps hydrate and soothe with a little more detoxifying features. Key ingredients include cucumber, papaya, and chamomile extract. I prefer to use this mask whenever I feel abnormally dry or irritated.
This set total was $75 for the six 1.7 oz masks. Individually they are priced around $60 each. If you don’t want to be a mask hoarder like me or want to start with travel sizes, I highly recommend starting with the pumpkin enzyme and Hungarian.
